Phase 1 - Gt Ellingham

RMR Facades Ltd were commissioned on the first phase of a residential development of 153 new homes in Great Ellingham, Norfolk.

We were instructed to take over the project from a previous contractor to provide the aluminium flashings to the exterior. Flashings were site surveyed and fabricated to suit each individual house.

Phase 2 is due to start in October 2023.

Total project value £50,000 (phase 1) and £1.9 million (overall).
